"Alan Moore, will you sign my comic?" [PIC]
Mr. Moore, who's your favorite Watchmen Baby? Is it all of them?
Sorry for the comment abuse but a point of order: In the Simpsons it's a DVD not a comic.

Can't argue with that.

Of course, pretty much any time you turn a microphone on Alan Moore he'll say that.
I loved Alan Moore's take on Radioactive Man.
You mean you liked how he turned him into a heroin addicted jazz critic who wasn't radioactive?
Which episode is this from?

Was "The Simpsons" always this bad?
I'm watching it and I can't get over the awful writing and clichéd jokes!
No. Sometime during the 20 years and 434 episodes, it really went downhill. Most of the earlier Simpsons were pure brilliance. It's really best if you just pretend the show ended around 1998.
Funny. I actually do. It's like ER for me. "What? It's doing new episodes? STILL? Well...ok..."
/turns channel away
Ok... all of our good actors left and we're running out of new ideas... lets cut a guys arm off with a fucking helicopter!!!!
Shit, its next season already? Uh fuck, hey, lets get like a "Revenge of the Helicopter" episode, where the helicopter kills the guy! How? Fuck I dunno, lets blow it up and drop it on him or something.
The first 500 years of the Simpsons was way better than the second 500 years of the Simpsons.
I can't upvote you enough.
That was around the time that South Park started. It made the Simpsons seem old and mainstream.
The show is edgier now than it ever was back then. Edginess is not the problem.
Even if you're a troll, I want you to go back and rewatch some of those old episodes of The Simpsons. It's easy to forget how brilliantly it balanced non-stop comedy with strong plot and characterization.
like yah man
No. It hit a sweet spot after a couple of years and stayed there for a bit.
That was one of the best episodes from season 19. Seasons 3 & 4 are prime though.
Am I the only one who is really enjoying this season? The episode the other week that crafted a joke around the Fox, Chicken, & Grain boat problem really had me on my lollerblades
Yeah, I've been watching the new season on Hulu and I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying it. As a rule, I don't usually watch beyond season 11 or so.
I prefer K2's inline lollerskates. The Softboot® looks nicer.
Upvote for use of "lollerblades"
That was indeed an excellent episode. The Q-bert reference in the last ep had me laughing as well.
Strawberry: "My name is Strawberry. My purse is a lunchbox."
AAAhahahaha. Fucking classic!
Nah, it wasn't.
Am I the only person in the world who tinks the Simpsons has really improved recently?
I just love the characters, their interactions and dynamics, I really like how Homer and Bart get along in that dysfunctional sort of way and how Homer is still a nice guy inside.
This isn't to say the past episodes are bad, I liked the simpsons way back too, but I do think it went downhill I think Season 18, but after the Simpsons movie Season 19 was awesome, Season 20 started slow but picked up the pace.
/awaits downmods by angry traditionalist simpsons fans
But hey, that's just me, I'm more open to change than other people I suppose.
Am I the only person in the world who tinks the Simpsons has really improved recently?
Yes.
No, I am thoroughly enjoying this season as well. It kind of feels like after they reached the cultural apex of a theatrical Simpsons Movie, they're just kind of making episodes about whatever they feel like
I wonder if anyone's ever asked the real Alan Moore to sign a screenshot of that...
I wonder if anyone's ever asked Alan Moore to sign a Neil Gaiman book.
I want desperately to keep liking this picture, but the more I see it on the front page of Comics the less clever it gets.

OMFG
Can I vote this down twice? This has been around so god damned much.
obligatory "this is not 4chan"
What does this have to do with 4chan? No memes in this picture.
yeah because certainly Milhouse isn't a meme...
Trick question: V for Vendetta is a meta-meme.
Random picture with no context
Please, never visit the real 4chan. I want you to keep believing it's just random pictures with no context. I want to spare your virgin mind.
That doesn't imply 4chan.
