The third season of Drag Race España was officially announced by ATRESplayer PREMIUM on June 16, 2022.[1]
On September 7, 2022, casting officially opened[2] with a deadline of October 5, 2022.[3]
On February 28, 2023, a Cast Reveal date of March 19 was announced.[4] On March 19, the twelve contestants competing for the title of España's Next Drag Superstar were announced. The promo theme was Metallic and Pastel.[5]
The winner of the season was Pitita, with Vania Vainilla placing as the Runner-Up. Maria Edilia won the title of Miss Congeniality at the reunion.

A second chance is the perfect opportunity for the eliminated queens to return to the competition and shine: they will have to perform a comedy routine in pairs with the queens who are still in the contest.

Las 13 reinas de la tercera temporada de ‘Drag Race España’ se ponen frente a frente para saldar algunas cuentas pendientes y hablar de su paso por el programa. Un reencuentro vip con mensajes muy especiales y la elección de Miss Simpatía entre otras muchas sorpresas.

Synopsis:
The four finalist queens have the opportunity to record a podcast with Supremme de Luxe. In order to become the winner, the queens create their own version of Supremme de Luxe’s “Fever” music video.
Las finalistas tendrán la oportunidad de revisar su trayectoria en el programa en el podcast de Supremme De Luxe. Para demostrar que son merecedoras de la corona, tendrán que escribir sus propios versos y preparar una coreografía para el videoclip del icónico tema de Supremme ‘Fiebre’. En la pasarela final habrá un reencuentro muy especial. ¿Qué reina se convertirá en la tercera ganadora de Drag Race España?

Pitita ha sido coronada como la tercera superestrella drag española y lo ha vivido junto a sus compañeras Vania Vainilla, Honella Góngora y Kelly Roller. Las cuatro finalistas de esta temporada se han reunido para reaccionar en directo a la Gran Final de ‘Drag Race España’, hacer un repaso por su trayectoria y revivir sus mejores momentos, en un episodio especial presentado por Samantha Ballentines.

- Season 3 is the second season in the Drag Race franchise to feature a contestant who originally competed on another version of the show, Pakita. The first being Gia Gunn and Kandy Ho on the second season of The Switch Drag Race after originally competing on the sixth and seventh seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race respectively.
- Coincidentally, Pakita originally competed that season where she placed last overall.
