Freda Foh Shen is an American film, theatre, and TV actress and voice actress. She has appeared in films, such as The Ladykillers, Planet of the Apes, Crossing Delancey, and Basic Instinct.
For Disney, she voiced Fa Li in the 1998 Disney animated feature film Mulan and reprised the role in its 2004 DTV sequel. She also played Mrs. Yung in The Wonderful World of Disney episode "Safety Patrol", Arlene in Horse Sense, Dr. Kwan in Miracle in Lane 2, Kai in The Lone Ranger, Captain Lu in Ad Astra, and Aunt Mei in Andi Mack.
Her non-Disney roles include the Doughnut Woman in The Ladykillers, Dr. Chang in Desperate Housewives, President Han in Designated Survivor, Dr. Philipps in How to Get Away with Murder, Missy Grant in Grey's Anatomy, a judge in Private Practice, and Judge Sandra Song in The Fix.
