Travelers who make purchases at Global Blue member stores can get a refund on the value added tax (VAT*) paid on their purchases. Ask for a Tax Free Form at the shop, fill in the details and present it at Customs to be approved before your final flight out of Europe. On arriving back in Japan, place the Customs-approved form in one of the boxes provided at the JAL ABC counters at Narita Airport (1st floor in Terminal 2 and 1st floor in the North Wing of Terminal 2).
