Helium are intriguing. The way they intersperse different instruments on every track keeps “The Magic City” fresh and ingenious. Only true talent can accomplish that feat for an entire album. Essential 90s release.

Some really great songs here, but unfortunately weak bass and unbalanced with left channel seeming to be more dominant. I tried with a Denon DL-110 and a Stanton 500.V3 and both have the same quality of sound. :(
