Airline Summary
Formerly known as Nas Air, Flynas (XY) is a low-cost airline based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The airline, which is the country's first budget carrier, has operating hubs at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah and King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh. It flies to nine destinations within the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia, and about 15 international destinations in Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Sudan, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Flynas also operates charter flights. The airline's fleet consists of 26 Airbus A320-200 planes configured with eight Business Class seats and 164 Economy Class seats.

The first issue I had was with their website and app. Neither of them were functioning. You can’t go in to review, make changes, check in to your flight, or anything. Just completely useless. Second, they don’t offer a single thing to their passengers. Every single airline I’ve ever used in the past offer you a cup of water and a snack, even for domestic flights. This is the first airline I’ve seen that has not. Very cheap. I’ll spend a little bit more money next time for a better airline and will make sure to avoid this airline in the future. Everything we can accept such as small seats, delays...etc except Bed bugs. You should notice the chemicals spray before departure on the luggage side. When you ask them why this spray, they answer for flies. They don't admit that the planes are infested with bed bugs.
