In the last 6 months we have produced 3 LRDG Ford F30 Trucks, standard Patrol, 37mm Bofors and Wireless versions. Each kit is available as a standard kit with Resin wheels and photoetch, or as a Limited edition kit including 3D printed updates, weapons and 2 figures. Each model comes with an illustrated information booklet produced with the Long Range Desert Group Preservation Society. We have also produced a photoetch update set for the Bofors gun mount for those that want more detail. There are also two 3 figure 3D sculpted and resin cast figure sets, a range of stowage items including water, fuel, rations and weapons as well as a 'Plug-in' load to fill the load bed. These are all currently available or will be in the next month. We are currently working on another figure set for the final Ford F30 model, which had the load bed offset to the rear by 300mm/12" and allowed 2 spare wheels to be stowed between the cab and body. This will include extra weapons as seen on late Ford trucks from September 1942 onwards. At the moment we are finalising the Wireless truck and looking at 3D decals for the front of the No11 Wireless set, which we feel will give the best finish for the least effort!
