I loved my time at Mississippi State. I grew up going to campus frequently and was so excited to finally get to campus. The past 4 years definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, the campus is beautiful and it is easy to get to and from classes in a timely manner. The town is big enough to have a good time, but small enough to keep the small SEC feeling at the same time. I can honestly say in my 4 years taking classes, I could count on my hand the professors that I did not like: they care about their students and work to help in anyway that they can. Some of the buildings are a little outdated, but there are many renovations occurring on the campus right now to improve this. I would highly recommend attending MSU!
Arriving at Mississippi state university, I'm not going to lie it was not my "dream" college. However, after spending my first semester there I fell in love with the school, the people, and the classes. It was all just an overall great experience.
I have really enjoyed my first year at Mississippi State. All of my professors were super helpful and accommodating when I had emergencies. I would like for the cafeteria to be open more often because it was a little difficult getting meals when you lived on campus at certain times of the day.
I absolutely loved everything about my time at MS State. It is truly the best place on Earth. I enjoyed the atmosphere of our campus a lot. It is easily walkable and very beautiful. My professors were great, for the most part, and were always there to answer questions when I needed them to. I would spend four more years here if I could.
Not too bad though I wish to be able to meet more people. I wish they had more on campus activities.
Mississippi State University has been apart of my life since I was little. It has never felt like anything else but home.
Your average college experience - not a lot to do around town, but lots to do on campus. Professors are well informed and provide lots of support.
This is my first semester here and so far I have grown to like it a lot. I definitely like the professors and everyone on the staff seems to really care about you as an individual. The only thing I would like to see change is more dining opportunities across campus!
Mississippi State University is a great experience all around. They have decent sports teams, good professors, various different majors, lots of student organization, give good scholarships, and Starkville just feels like home.
I love MSU and they have great atmosphere. Everyone is nice and friendly and respectful. Love Mississippi State University
I just love Starkville and MS State. I'm finishing my first year at State and would recommend my school to anyone interested in going to college, especially in any agriculture related study. I major in Animal and Dairy Science and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences so far.

Overall, Mississippi State University provides a well-rounded college experience that combines academic excellence with a supportive and engaging community.
Mississippi State University has good professors, but the financial aid department could use some work.
Mississippi State University is the largest university in Mississippi, supporting a diverse range of studies for students from all walks of life. Their undergraduate research, internships, and study abroad oppertunities make it an exciting environment for academic learning and job experience. Undergrads are even able to have their research published! MSU is also known as one of the top 10 military friendly universities in the nation, making it a prime choice for service members looking to further their education.
Fantastic university that I am glad to say that I am a student of. Mississippi State has become home for me.
Mississippi State is a very welcoming university. Everyone is outgoing and the overall vibe on campus just makes you feel good. This is a great place to go to school.
All of my professors at Mississippi State have been amazing. They have all helped me learn and grow as a person.
I have always dream to go to Mississippi State and pledge as Delta Gamma. I accomplished my goals last semester when I started. Unfortunately, with my parents being in the middle of the financial class it is a struggle for us to pay for all of it out of pocket. I have applied and received student loans which was the only way I could make this dream come true. My plan is to major in education and continue my education in counseling to be able to be an advisor or counselor for high schools or colleges.
I am at Mississippi State for their animal dairy science program. This program is widely diverse and offers a variety of hands on experience that you can’t find at other universities. There are plenty of student life events to get involved in and meet new people. It is in a small college town so there isn’t a variety to do outside of campus.
Mississippi State University is a great school. They have incredible facilities and professors which makes learning easy. However, their services to international students are poor. The school makes matters associated with finance difficult, and forcing such students who are struggling to pay expensive bills which if are eliminated would make living less challenging.
