Seeking Help to Reset Password for Outlook Account

Hello Microsoft Community,

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm reaching out here seeking some advice on how to reset the password for my Outlook account.

Here's a brief summary of my situation:

  • I've been locked out of my Outlook account linked to an email address (I won't share the exact address here for privacy reasons).

  • This Outlook account is crucial for me as it's linked to my Gmail account, and due to this issue, I'm unable to access certain features and services.

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to rectify this issue via the normal password reset methods provided by Outlook.

Here's a bit more detail:

  • Whenever I try to reset the password through the usual "Forgot password" feature on the Outlook login page, I encounter difficulties. It seems that the standard recovery methods are not working in my case.

  • I have also explored other options for password recovery within the Outlook system, but none seem to address my specific situation.

  • The account linked to this Outlook address is functioning normally, and there haven't been any issues on that end.

System Information:

  • I'm using a Windows 10 operating system.

  • I primarily access my email accounts through web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have regarding how I can proceed with resetting the password for my Outlook account, given the unique circumstances I'm facing. If there are any alternative methods or steps I should consider, please do share them.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I'm looking forward to your insights and recommendations.
