[Scam Advisory] How do I report scam or suspicious activity?

Ensuring your account's safety is our utmost priority.

Should you encounter any of the following situations, promptly reach out to us to report:

An unfamiliar third party claiming Shopee affiliation contacts or approaches you.
Unidentified numbers offering part-time jobs message you via text or WhatsApp.
Unknown individuals request sensitive details through links in text or WhatsApp.
Shopee sellers direct you to perform transactions via external channels (QR codes, e-wallets, direct transfers, etc).
You disclose your OTP code to unknown parties.
You were deceived into initiating payments for third-party entities.

If you encounter suspicious online activities or fall victim to a scam, promptly report it to the nearest police station or through:

National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) by dialling 997 to report the scam case or refer to the NSRC website for more info

SEMAKMULE is a PDRM platform to check on bank accounts and telephone numbers involved with commercial crimes

Understanding the status of your order

To Pay	Orders awaiting payment
To Ship	Orders awaiting shipment from sellers
To Receive	Shipped orders that are en route
Completed	Successfully delivered orders
Cancelled	Cancelled orders
Return/Refund	Returned or refunded orders

Checking the status of your order

You can track your orders by going to the 'My Purchases' section under the 'Me' tab in the Shopee App. Your orders are organised based on their current status:

Tracking Your Order's Delivery Status

When your order is marked as 'To Ship' or 'To Receive', you can access detailed shipping updates and closely track its delivery progress.

Orders shipped by Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL) will have tracking numbers and can be tracked easily via the Shopee App.
If your order has no tracking number, you may contact the seller directly to check your order’s delivery status.
