My outer sleeve has no colour. It's just black / white/ grey.

Technically should be a misprint since all of the yellow ink that makes up the logo and text is missing from the sleeve.

Pressing sounds great but every release I've gotten from Get On Down has had production flaws on Side C of the record no matter what release it is. There is a tiny pocket of missing wax in the middle the grooves on the first track that causes inconsistent loud pops and skips and loops for about 20 rotations. My silver copy of Vaudeville Villain has the same exact issue but that copy only pops thankfully, I've contacted them to try to get a new 2nd Disc

Does anyone have a spare insert that they are willing to sell?

Great Pressing. Low surface noise, great fidelity and very tight/punchy low end.

I thought this record sounds good. My usual complaints for this kind of release however - it's a pretty unremarkable reissue... no a gatefold, no extra b-side tracks, no liner notes, no additional artwork... you've seen it all before... Something with some extra love and thought could have made this release a must-have for fans. Don't get me wrong, this is worth owning for the music, but not because this release is at all special.

This is a great pressing. Jazz instrumentals come through clean on my hifi system. I come back to this pressing often. Mad love to GetonDown for re-issuing underground cult classics, that no other label touches.

This is the only pressing I’ve heard. But, it sounds fantastic! Everything is balanced and the crackles etc that you hear are part of the original samples! Highly recommended :)

Very low output level on side A for me. Even with gain to max on my mixer the levels never reach the red.

Does this pressing have the exact etchings as the original EU-pressing or did they add some additional details like the repress of The Main Ingredient? Clarification would be much appreciated!
