Super is SnapTravel reincarnated. Please do your research. Snap has a long history of comments which refer to poor aftercare or customers who didn't understand their terms. So again, do your research.

Wow, buy discount rooms from them, commercial goods and bootleg headphones all from one place on their website. Like the new Amazon of travel.

I would recommend NOT using this site.

Hi! We just got back from a trip to Universal Studios Florida where we booked the Cabana Bay for 1 night through Super.com.. As we are in the US and it is a US based property, we decided to take a chance for a 1-night stay. We also knew that we would not be adjusting our travel plans, barring some major, catastrophic emergency.

I am pleased to report that it was a very smooth check-in! I did call the hotel in advance to make sure they had our reservation, which they were able to confirm had been reserved. I did notice that while kids stay free at Universal Studios properties, the site wants to charge extra for each person on the reservation. However, when I checked in with my ID, I was able to add my two children without issue.

I wish you safe travels. As I stayed stateside with my reservation, I can only recommend the site if you plan on traveling within the US and don't plan on making adjustments to your travel schedule. But, if that is the case for you, as well, you shouldn't have any issue when staying with a reputable hotel.

Many of these similar sites all is good when nothing goes wrong.

But the moment even the smallest thing goes wrong the nightmare begins.

So I think you got lucky this time, maybe not as lucky next time.

Yes, it's always going to be a gamble using a site like this one. I don't much like the odds being risk averse, so I can only recommend booking direct.

I have used them twice recently for hotel bookings. After checking my bank statements, on both occasions they charged my credit card more than what was on their invoices.

After contacting them all they would say is that it must be a problem with my bank

@ Grant

They might be right and you were charged in a foreign currency and the difference is your bank’s exchange rate and your bank’s processing fees.

Have you talked to your bank?

I have been fighting with this company for 2 full days after they said they would issue the reimbursement if the hotel would allow the cancellation. They then continue to tell you the hotel has to deal with it but the hotels can not because this third party company is the one that takes the payment. And it says right on their false information website that they will contact the hotel. Also states “While we’re committed to advocating on your behalf, please know that the final decision lies with their travel partners.” also “we’ll advocate vigorously for you”. The lady at the hotel kindly cancelled my reservation and told me I should be getting a full refund from them. She wrote and email stating everything as such and I shared it with super.com “customer service”. I haven't heard anything back from super.com. I have to keep calling and ask what’s going on and they can’t tell me. Last night the guy I talked to said the email was missing some things, so I got him to tell me what it needed to have and then he told me once they have that, a refund is no problem at all. I resent the email this morning with everything they requested that the hotel sent me. Again, left me hanging. So I called back again tonight… They don't have a direct number to the reimbursement/refund department. They can't transfer me either. They have no way to contact them he said. HE ACTUALLY SAID IN THE CONVERSATION THAT THEY DONT HAVE A REFUND/REIMBURSEMENT DEPARTMENT. 😳 I told him I wanted to speak to someone in charge... a manager, owner, anyone. He said they can only take information and also kept saying he doesn't understand that one. I asked him if this was a fake company. He said it wasn't. I said I don't believe that one bit. I told him I wanted this dealt with because they are doing everything in their power to feed me false informations and lies and I'm tired of it. This company is a joke. Look around for reviews.. you will see. Any good reviews are probably posted on their behalf.
