If I remember correctly, it didn't have close caption so I didn't get most of it, other than watch it. I need the close caption to get the plot etc. Awfully hard when you can not hear what's going on. Same for Blood and Orchids and any others I ordered that didn't have close caption. It was a good movie as I remember it. Everything was fine shipping on time, just the close caption.
Don't get ripped off! Nowhere in the title description does it say this movie was recorded in the EP mode. Try watching the pitiful transfer of this movie and you'll end up going to the eye doctor. Pictured on the cover is Brooke Shields in a swimsuit - enough to make want to buy the tape - right? Well if you like Brooke Shields captured on video using a camera with its lens smeared with Vaseline, then this movie may appeal to you. I've always had the opinion that anyone selling a VHS tape should clearly state whether it was recorded in the SP, LP, or EP mode. Why buy a movie if you can't sit through it because of poor visual quality? This tape goes in the trash tomorrow (pickup day) or maybe I'll save it for Christmas and hand it over to somebody I don't like. At least I'll save on the return postage.
I bought this Brooke Shields DVD, just to see "Brookie" running around in various swimsuits and shorts. She was about 20 years old and simply gorgeous. I was Not disappointed. One scene with Brooke in a white one-piece was worth the price of admission. Yes, I know this is sexist and all the rest, but that's what it comes to sometimes. It was a good story, but a mediocre film otherwise, UNTIL "Brookie" was in the scenes, and she's in almost all of them. Had this on VHS, and bought it on DVD. One of my keepers. Great color and scenery. Many underwater scenes. And Burgess Meredith was excellent.
I am not happy with the order. I was sent a coupon for $10. I downloaded the coupon and put it toward my account I was charged the full amount. I would not have bought these tapes, if I had of known U were not going to give me credit for my $10 coupon. I tried to get in touch with U when I realized what happened, but again nothing happened.
