Great staff, very supportive environment

BWL is a great school in which to teach. Class sizes are small. Staff is very friendly and supportive. The parents are well educated and involved. Communication with parents is extensive. Tech staff is great. Computer systems and support are excellent. Food is very good.

Worst experience of my life

The most horrifying part of the job is the headmaster. What a checked out nightmare. The school is collapsing from the inside out. Zero salary increases for the staff while he gives himself enormous raises every year.

Productive and fun

Lovely place to work we get free gourmet lunches. People are very friendly. Students are wonderful and respectful. Management is good. Overall great place to work.
