In order to claim the first free item, the Banandolier, players will need to have both a Prime Gaming subscription and a Twitch account, as the two go hand in hand to a degree. This will grant access to the in game item as well as the host of other benefits that come with a Prime Gaming subscription.
There are at least 7 more exclusive items scheduled to be released alongside the Banandolier, although the time frame of when these items will become available is unclear at the moment. Prime Gaming is advertised as providing free in game items for various games every month, so most likely the Banandolier is the first of many bandolier items that will be releasing on a monthly basis.
Aside from Roblox specific items, a Prime Gaming subscription also rewards players with free games to keep forever each month and in game exclusives for a variety of other games. It also awards subscribers with a free subscription valued at $4.99 each month with which to support streamers on Twitch. All of this is included in the full Amazon Prime membership, so players should purchase prime for these things and consider the Banandolier an extra benefit.
