How do I run Minecraft Launcher without logging into Microsoft Store? (Error code: 0x803F8001)

I don't use the Microsoft Store. I have a local Windows 10 account and I'm not connected to the Store. I own Minecraft which I bought from Mojang before the MS acquisition and I migrated my account when that was prompted. In my previous install of Windows 10 I had theMinecraft Launcher which worked normally using the migrated account that you use to log into the launcher and I didn't need to use Microsoft Store at all.

I now have a fresh install of Windows 10 and would like to acquire that same version of the launcher that does not use Microsoft Store. Where can I download a Minecraft launcher that does not produce the error: "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" -I'm not going to sign into the store. I just want to use the launcher in the way I know is possible, since I did so before, in this same version of Windows.

NOTICE: I'm not asking if it's possible to do this. I know it is, from previous experience. I am asking how I can do it.

Hello!
I'm an independent advisor and a member of the Xbox Community just like you.
I will be glad to help you.

In this link you will find Legacy versions of the launcher and not updated versions.

I know you are not looking for an answer saying that it is necessary to log in to the Microsoft Store, but the latest launcher updates after the migration have this requirement and it is possible that this integration has also reached the Legacy versions available on the Minecraft website.

In such a case, the only way is to download much older launchers by asking directly with the game support if it exists and which version does not need integration with Xbox and Microsoft services.
You can check through this website.
