The felonies include a bail jumping felony; theft-business setting, where the value of the property or services stolen is greater than $10,000 but less than $100,000; and wire fraud against a financial institution. According to Page Six, Leida had been booked at Colombia County Jail and arrested for alleged theft, fraud, and forgery.

At the time, it was revealed that Leida was working as a bookkeeper at a glass decorating business named Loggerhead Deco. The owners of the company had contacted the police in Portage, Wisconsin, and alleged that Leida had made fraudulent payments and withdrawals to several outside business accounts and customers. Leida had allegedly been using the company’s account information to do so. According to the police, “victims” had reported that there were thousands of dollars missing from their accounts. There was a chance Leida could face more charges after the investigation continued.

As of May 8, 2024, Leida’s charges have been officially filed on record. Leida’s first court appearance has been set for June 12, 2024, at 9 a.m. She recently made a comeback to Instagram after allegedly filing for divorce from Eric. Leida shared several romantic videos with her husband but didn’t share anything relating to her arrest when she was suspected of stealing thousands of dollars from her workplace. In March 2024, Leida was charged with allegedly speeding for diving 15 MPH over the 55 MPH speed limit.
