Impossible to get help from customer service

I have tried to get into contact with the customer service by Email, but they never reply. I also tried calling them, without any results. I just got send in circles in the customer service and some of the numbers I got from them didn´t even work.
I just want to create a mileage pooling with my wife, but there appears to be technical issues with their system, that still hasn´t been solved. Why does it have to be so hard to get help with such a simple matter?

Worse customer service ever!!!

Worse customer service ever!!!
Somehow 2 accounts got created on the same email address and NOBODY seems to know how to merge these two accounts.. i have miles on an account that I can’t use!
several calls, emails, forms and months later.. still the same problem! How difficult can it be?
Very frustrating!

They have the worst customer service…

They have the worst customer service ever! Either they put you on hold and never speak back or disconnect you. If somehow you get lucky and actually they will say something. It takes months before they solve your problem! Unfortunately I'm using LOT quiet a lot so i have to use Miles and more too.

The website is really bad. Changing phone numbers is incredibly annoying, their customer service is from what I can tell only available by phone...

Turkish Airlines(part of Star Alliance)…

Turkish Airlines(part of Star Alliance) Singapore-Istanbul-Budapest-London-Singpore. In classes eligible for points, M&M claim=not on passenger list!
Acc. to Iata - then I should not be allowed to BOARD!
Have luggage tags+b-passes. Phone call to Asia CS-reply:"name not same in passport as on b-pass! Again=how come I was allowed to board! Have TWO
FB numbers from M&M and have written 11 (eleven!) times to every LH/M&M email. Yet no reply!

Terrible service

Terrible service, they dont care about customers, treat us with contempt and do not reply to enquiries or escalations. They are simply an offshoot of Lufthansa, and provide the same dire service....

Miles & More is useless

Miles & More is useless. The added surcharges are a joke and the miles you need are also not at all an incentive. I pretty much switched completely to Qatar and avoid flying SWISS or Lufthansa because of it.

Yes, Qatars program isn't the best either, but the general service quality is so much higher. And when you get enough miles together it's really really worth it.

In any case, there are much much better loyalty programs out there.

Shockingly abusive thefts, or so it seems

Shockingly unhelpful and inefficient system. My very considerable collection of miles was taken away during lockdown when they obviously could not be used - without any warning or explanation.
As things stand I shall in future avoid making use of any Star Alliance flights which I have used extensively in the past.

Lies and ignorance

Signed up for it. Used it for LH flight within Europe and another intercontinental flight. No miles and more points were credited on either flight. Contacted support. Did not receive answer but flights on miles and more account were annotated with one flight did not exist and the other one I did not board. Needless to say both flights took place and i was physically present in both airplanes. Further contact with miles and more support was ignored from their side. The whole miles and more programme has likely just been set up to collect personal data and sell it on for a profit. Avoid them at all cost.

Customer Service is extremely poor

Customer Service is extremely poor. I did not receive a new MM card after my previous card expired. So I tried to order online. I needed to change my pin as I did not remember it and although I received confirmation that it was successfully changed, I always got a "technical error" result using different browsers. So I called the service line to order the card. They could not send a new card (not even by snail mail) as I did not know the PIN. So I sent an email to an email address I needed to search for for quite a while and got a receipt confirmation. The lady on the phone told me it will take 3-4 weeks (!!) for them to respond. MM provides extremely complicated, technically poor support. If you are relying so much on website services it is an absolute no go that so many technical issues and barriers occur.

Tried to check the expiry date of my…

Tried to check the expiry date of my miles. Got disconnected twice and had to pay for the calls. On the third attempt was finally told that they don't have this info and i need to write a request. Before the call was asked if i want to take a feedback survey, said yes. No survey came up at the end of the call. The agent came back and told me no survey is available. Honestly, looks to me like after so many years being a loyal member you get penalized and not rewarded for your loyalty. Shame on those airlines who can't get simple things organized and working. How can we trust them with flying???!!!

Premature points deduction from account

Early April had an email stating points will be removed 1st July. Checked account and already removed 1st April. Called in - "website problem' - fixed 24 hours". A few days later checked again, same. Called in "technical issue - we will honour the email but will need to recredited - we'll call you when done". Now 3rd May, no call, still same. Ridiculous outfit.

oh my god!

oh my god!! they are terrible
interest is high but that is not why I give them a bad review, I try to use my credit card in euro and it was suspended for fraud suspicious, what is ok I don't mind but try to unlock it was a nightmare after 2 hours on wait (time total) transfer my call from one to another and on the end, they couldn't unlock it because I call out of the business hours????? I finally ending used a different credit card, I just go back to USA and now I calling and probably wait another hour ( is been 20 mi already and I am still in hold) and see if they can unlock it

Three reasons Lufthansa miles (name this horrible program after the company that runs it) are worthless

1.) M&M Miles are cheap - did a check of 12 products, upgrades, flight offers etc. Average value is 0.01 / Mile per award flight ; 0.003 / Mile for products.

2.) FALSE ADVERTISING - the MilesAndMore website bates you with attractive mileage offers, but when you search for the award flight, the miles required are not those advertised. Otherwise, they are totally hidden.

3.) Rude customer service - Lufthansa clearly beats their staff with a stick and pays them in peanuts. I cannot guess why else a rep would literally yell at a customer. My condolences, and I hope their career improves some day. Might I suggest to them- try making your boss' life a living hell... Send that message up the flagpole from us customers. We'll all be grateful!

Really dreadful

Really dreadful, there is no way of spending the miles you collected. There are so many barriers, the people at the check-in desk tell you to do the upgrades online. Of course when you try that it doesn't work. Save yourself time and frustration and don't bother to use this "service".

It's the most frustrating company I…

It's the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. Beyond belief that SWISS or Lufthansa is affiliated with them. Impossible to use Miles with this programme, neither flights nor upgrades are available. This is a joke!!!

Worst client service ever

Worst client service ever! As a lifetime senator (as THEY claim preferred client!) it took them over a month to respond to my enquiry. The response was straight out offensive! They made a booking for me and when one of the flights were canceled, they were like "f... off" not our problem. They refuesed to even further my problem on to the respective airline. In short, i have to start the entire process again after they screwed around for over a month...disgusted!

Miles & More totally a joke

I have tried a number of times to use my 200.000 miles for an award flight. But NEVER are there any seats available. No matter the flight, the date - even you go out 6-8-10 month, the same message "There is no available flight" on that day. It is a total disaster, and the authorities should demand a check on this policy!!
