Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had reservation via Singapore zoo webside, first slot.
Tickets to the zoo ane must buy separately.
When we arrived, there was queue of maybe 10-15 persons. 10 min before scheduled time staff started to take payments and guided to the table (it seems tables was assigned in advance).
Breakfast was quite good, especially asiatic avdeling (western was averadge).
After ca. 20-30 min orangutans arrived. We were called one by one table to come and get photo with animals (which were getting food). It was possible to get photo wiht own camera / mobile.
Nice experience.

To enjoy a great buffet breakfast and interact with the animals was a wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing and the ability to have photos with all the specials animals as delightful. We were able to get up close and even touch them was very special. Not to be missed but book early as this is a popular experience.

The place was badly managed , long queue( we were told that the restaurant can accommodate a limited number of guests ), the reality is the zoo sold as many tickets as they could ending up up with big crowd - hungry and irritated !!!! At least the ladies at the restaurant reception were trying their best to accommodate us! We had to move fast in the second queue already, for photo taking with Orang Utans, followed by a tasteless breakfast . I don’t think the animals enjoyed our presence there! It was not a nice breakfast .
We enjoyed the rest of the zoo .
