Gujarat polls: Ravindra Jadeja's wife Rivaba claims victory from Jamnagar
Rivaba Jadeja, wife of Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, is leading with a margin of over 50,000 votes from Jamnagar assembly seat in Gujarat.
Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja's wife, Rivaba Jadeja, has claimed victory from the Jamnagar assembly seat on Thursday. Rivaba Jadeja was fielded by the Bharatiya Janata Party for the Gujarat polls.
As per the Election commission’s official trend, Rivaba Jadeja was leading with a margin of over 50,000 votes as of 4:30 pm, with AAP candidate Karshanbhai Karmur trailing far behind.

Speaking to the media, Rivaba Jadeja said, “Those who accepted me happily as a candidate, worked for me, reached out and connected to people - I thank them all. It's not just my victory but of all of us.”
WHO IS RIVABA JADEJA?
Born on September 5, 1990, Rivaba Jadeja did Mechanical Engineering at the Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science in Gujarat's Rajkot. She married cricketer Ravindra Jadeja on April 17, 2016.
Rivaba joined the Bharaiya Janata Party in 2019. And this year, the BJP fielded her as its candidate for Jamnaga assembly seat.
