X-Girlfriend

Hey did anyone ever notice that both Bush and No Doubt have a song called "Ex Girlfriend" and look at this... Gavin and Gwen are married! That makes my life.

Kind of a strange ending to the Sixteen Stone cd, but you gotta love it!

hey they left out the first part, where he says one two three four, but in german. Bastards! aha im just joking, i liek this song, even though its only like a minute long, its catchy.

This song is talking about his ex-girlfriend, who only calls him when she's down. HAHAHA! Redundant!

the first time i heard this song all i could think was "wtf?" then i finally found out the name of the song and i just busted out laughing, bush is so freakin awesome, i think this song, if u know its name, is funny as hell because its so true about a few of my ex's... lol

Great song. I will admit though, that I was once the ex girlfriend of a situation like this. I did only call when I was down, b/c it felt like that one person who knew me so well was the only one who could save me. This kind of ex girlfriend isn't a good thing. It's not right, and it's not fair.

I have put this on a 'wtf' playlist. It's just mental! You're all peaceful and thoughtful after listening to 'Glycerine' and 'Alien' and then there's this! Perhaps it was so we didn't feel depressed after listening to the album end on two slow tracks?

Unlike the vast majority of Bush songs, the music here is happy and fun. I wonder if there is a specific ex in mind when he sings this song... I'll flip to track 12 and listen to it on occasion because I can relate to this.
