The Lincoln 1888 20-Volt Li-Ion PowerLuber Cordless Grease Gun

This professional grease gun is the workhorse of the PowerLuber family. Its two-speed design lets the user adjust output volume with the flick of a switch.

Additional Information

Lincoln has introduced its PowerLuber series 1880 grease gun for multiple lubrication applications. Featuring a redesigned, high-torque powerhead driven by an efficient, 20-volt, lithium-ion battery, the two-speed motor delivers grease at up to 10,000 psi (690 bar) in both high- and low-output settings. The rugged grease gun’s new three-point base keeps the tool upright and stable for easy handling without being bulky. This feature allows access to tight areas and reduces operator fatigue when lubricating simple-to-reach fittings.

Q: Why is the coupler leaking?

A: Debris on zerc fitting preventing proper seal (clean the zerc). Possible damaged fitting or worn coupler jaws.

Q: Why does my pump repeatedly lose prime?

A: Dirt or debris may be preventing the check ball from seating. Disassembly the check valve, remove ball, clean and inspect ball seat for damage. Resetting the check ball may address minor damage to the seat surface from contamination.

Q: What type of grease should I use?

A: Recommended for use with greases up to NLGI #2 consistency.
