It's a new investment company and it works ,it gives you a very high percentage of income ,of course depending on how much you invest and you can withdraw in seconds or reinvest
I highly recommend it

New System, New Managers.

I had walked into Black Rock Coffee this time at Forest Grove, and I had noticed that they have set up the new monitors to review your purchase, optionally leave a tip, and signature your purchase.

Different managers seen here than I have seen here previously.

The same old story...

The same old story, these big investment firms needs to do better. Poor response time among other issues. I guess sticking with independent advisor like Libbey Jane Bean on Google is the best thing for now, i have to be careful with my funds.

This company isn't doing well

This company isn't doing well and I cannot recommend their products or services. Customer service is very lacking and you can never reach anyone anyway. No one even acknowledges you when you walk past the counters. So hungry!! I would stay far away from here. They need some serious help if they plan to stay relevant in the near future.

Incompetent customer service

Run, don't walk away from this incompetent outfit. Was on phone for an hour with my 98 year old mother trying to reopen an account they locked. The incompetent girl rep finally put me through to an incompetent manager named Caitlin who apparently couldn't operate her phone as she couldn't hear us. Gave up, called back, got a very competent rep named Zach who finally got access resolved, kudos to him. The 1st rep and Caitlin should be fired.

Service was horrible

Service was horrible! Never got past the waitress getting our waters! Took her forever! Then she walks by our table after waiting a bit, emptied handed and said, I will get your waters now! We looked at her and said, we are leaving. She said, ok.
She didn’t give a crap that we left. My second time there and the service sucked! I will never go back there!

Do not honor customer requests.

I asked this company to pause my withdrawals until March 2024. They withdrew money from my account in January 2024. I have been struggling financially hence why I had my withdrawals paused. I needed that money for my bills and am still awaiting for my request for my money back to go through. I am not sure why the money was withdrawn earlier than March. I was told there may have been a glitch in their system. That is no fault of mine and they should have returned my money immediately.

Eliza Roman

I just want to give a shout out to Eliza Roman. I was really needing help and I had to go through the phone chain and be transferred multiple times. She was so wonderful with helping me and made a large effort to help get my payment to the school in time after the previous check never arrived. She made a difficult, frustrating, and stressful situation better.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Another review from me, this so called pension investment company, who are in Cahoots with pensionbee, have to date lost me over £7600 in the tailored plan since December 21.
Please people of the UK with pensions it's about time we stood up to these companies that are slowly stealing our money so that we will never retire.

All roads lead back to them a mega…

All roads lead back to them a mega billion company that practically own the world you should all look at your banking and pensions and see that it leads to these people who own 90% of the worlds media ! That alone is frightening they can tell the world what THEY want them to hear... NO company should have a monopoly look into who your helping now. Alone we are not good together we are a FORCE to be reckoned with.

Lack of Customer Service

I opened three 529 accounts with BlackRock and I transferred them to another company in 2017. I needed a contribution history from 2014 through 2017. However, I called customer service and was instructed to use "Access on line" to download the transactions. Their system will not validate my request and I called the CS again and they instructed me to try again and hanged up the phone. I called again and explained the lack of ability to get validation to access my account. CS told me that I need to try after couple days since they need to update their system to account for my inquiry to access my accounts. I tried dozen more times in two different days and I got the same response. On 4th day I called back again and they passed me around to couple CS staffs and their final response was that " I need to file a paper request for access through a completed form with my NOTORIZED signature. It is ridicules to go through the whole notarized signature process for access to accounts that have "$.00" balance. It seems that lack of knowledge and lack of respect for customer is their operando.

Heavily into fossil fuel investment

BlackRock are one of the top investors in fossil fuels and it's increased investments at a time when all sensible investors don't want to use their money to further wreck the climate. They will have to change their attitude before I invest my money with them.

A decent company

Balckrock is not a scam company, The problem with Investing is not that it is a scam in itself. However, when someone who is not knowledgeable tries to invest you can loss all your Investment that's why it's good to seek the help of a professional broker/Investment Advisor, you can search for LIBBEY JANE BEAN on google and contact her via her website. She can help you make decent return on your investment, you only pay her when you make your profit.
