I have a Xbox One X with the "black screen of death"

The console was normal until we disconected it from the power plug (it was off) and then when we tried to turn on again, no video.

I've already tried to change the HDMI cable and the power cable. I also tried to turn it on using my monitor instead of my TV, nothing changes.

I tried to turn it on while pressing the eject + power button, but it only bips once, it doesn't bip the second time. I don't know what to try anymore.

Even though it doesn't show any video, the console seems to be working, it makes the same noises and gets a little hot, also you can feel the joystick being responsive to the menu things...

Hi, Amylaag! Thank you for reaching out. I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console. Would you mind giving this a try? It may look similar to the eject + power button method you tried before, but this one does something completely different. Factory reset through the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter: - Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds. - Plug your console back into the outlet. - While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons. - Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold). - Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds or until you hear a second boot-up sound. If the troubleshooter comes up, select "Reset Xbox" and "Keep games and apps" * The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console and the EJECT button is the one used to eject disc games. Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to sign in again. * Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud. Please let me know if this makes any difference on your console, I'll be looking forward to your reply. Best regards.

Hey, I tried that, but unfortunately it doesn't bip a second time nor show anything on screen. No matter how I try, It only bips the first time.

Hi, Amylaag! Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear that didn't work for you. To clarify, - Is your screen, by any chance, displaying a "No signal" message? - Do you have any external devices plugged into your console? I'll be looking forward to your reply. Best regards.

Hi, Amylaag! Thank you for your reply and the additional information. Unfortunately, that means your screen is not detecting any kind of input from your console, and in most cases, it can't be resolved by regular troubleshooting. May I ask if you already tried leaving your console unplugged for a few minutes? 5 minutes should be enough. Would you mind giving that a try? I'd also suggest plugging it directly into one of the wall's outlets. I'll be looking forward to your reply. Best regards.
