My jerma is getting a little hefty. Any tips?
He has a regular diet of hot Cheetos, powerade, and a sleeve of Oreos. He does eat seeds as well.

Keep your oreos in a locked container or cupboard.
He will throw them up anyways- I would honestly not worry any them. You should really be hiding your cheese.
I don't know what types of seeds you've been feeding him, but I've heard sunflower seeds are bad for Jermas because they bring back sad memories about sunflowers dying.
You may have to cut out some fat and carbs by introducing bugs into his diet. It's gonna be tough, but what will make it easier is finding a handsome doctor who also eats bugs to show your jerma that their is nothing to be afraid of.
I do know a handsome doctor with long, flowing hair that bikes, is that ok?
Hmmmm... How old is he?
60 years old
Oh my God, he's perfect! Your jerma will be eating bugs in no time!
liposuction?
No mayonnaise?
I replace the icing of the Oreos with mayo
Looks like your Jerma is in heat, you'll need to get it a mate or give it the snip I'm sorry to say 😔
Is it getting thiccer to be more attractive to male Jermas?
I understand you did not know this and are just doing your best to care for your jerma, but if you're feeding it cheetos, you HAVE to include coffee and chicken in the diet. Remember: Coffee, cheetos, chicken. Besides that, get rid of the oreos. Jermas absolutely love them and they're not necessarily that bad for their health, but they're known to induce vomiting in large amounts. The chicken will serve as a replacement for the oreos. If you want, you can give it oreos as treats sometimes. Also, the coffee will help make him more active, meaning he will lose weight easier. Hope this helps!
You gotta make sure he has a steady supply of coffee, the stimulant will ensure proper bowel movements. Protio: installing a computer on the cistern of his toilet is great for his mental well-being
Do NOT let him open the PS5 box. He will be up all night screaming at Demon’s Souls and you won’t be able to sleep. I speak from experience
Get him some ozempic maybe a lipo
do NOT administer ozempic to your jerma!!!!! I'm a veterinarian and we have to treat jermas every other week because people keep trying to self medicates them on human drugs
IT SHOULD GO WITHOUT SAYING that just because jermas are biped doesn't mean they have the same anatomy as humans
If dogs can have Xanax then Jermas can have ozempic!!!(as a treat)
Feed him iceberg lettuce slow cooked in arbys horsey sauce! Mine loves it and has lost quite a few pounds. Went to the vet many times and put him on so many diets but a friend of mine suggested this and it worked like a charm!
stop giving him krabby patties
Sugar-free lip balm
