Karl or Charles II Margrave Baden Durlach DeBaddie

I am quite sure that Thomas Badye http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Badye-3 is not the son of Karl of Charles II Margrave of Baden-Durlach http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/DeBaddie-1 and his wife Anna Countess of Zweibrücken.  At best he could be an illegitimate son of Charles II, but even this is doubtful.  I notice that this may have come from Ancestry.com family trees but checking that site reveals that Thomas Badye is now mostly considered an 'end of the line' ancestor and someone has posted a notice stating "Most, if not all, of the public trees on Ancestry and nearly all of the private ancestry websites have Thomas Badye's father as Charles II Margrave Baden Durlach DeBaddie. Not one that I've found has a citation to prove this claim. "  I think that Thomas Badye should be removed from Charles II and Anna as his parents, and Charles II's LNAB should be re-written as 'Baden-Durlach' or 'Baden' or even 'Zähringen' which is the dynasty name, as there is also no proof that I know of, that Charles went by the name of DeBaddie.
