Tuition
2nd through 5th grades are located at the Main Campus on "Overland Hill," (with 2nd grade also at the Pacific Palisades Campus). As students become more sophisticated, they are trained to think for themselves, encouraged to solve problems and become involved in research and resources. This is facilitated by collaborative projects in both the International and French Programs. Both sections benefit from a generous schedule of French and English coursework as well as Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, Art, Computer Science, Music, and Physical Education. Students learn from many resources as each campus has a full bilingual library, computer center, and garden. Class projects take center stage giving life like meaning to a student's learning and individual expression.

Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles - Elementary Campus Reviews
My child is now in middle school, 6th grade, and after a couple weeks of adjustments, she is thriving. She is involved in a Lycee team sport, as well as some other incredible after school activities (all included with tuition) that she loves.
Overall, Lycee sets your child up for academic future successes from the beginning through graduation. Your child will grow to become a very well rounded individual in every way possible.
Overall, our years thus far, have been positive and I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Lycee emphasizes international education with second (and third) language acquisition, which important for development. It has traditional aspects, including uniforms and a full day of school in a defined schedule, and having students keep written calendars for work. Parents seeking structure for children can appreciate this.
Diversity varies by class. The campus is lovely, convenient but private. Attendants managing car line are nice. Kids will be kids at any school, with the same playground dynamics. Our child has a few nice friends. Supervisors can be brusque but campus office is responsive.
Overall, it’s an okay school. The clubs are not good at all, though, and the French isn’t great, but it’s better than the French you find in schools all over Los Angeles.
The teachers are great though but they don’t pay enough attention in class on what the kids are doing. The sports are good and so is the food (it’s healthy except for Fridays where the kids get hamburgers, chips and ice cream). The safety is quite good, but there aren’t enough resources.
