開心地過了一個CNY staycation ，今次遠離市區，去了西貢，希望有點外遊的感覺😎🌴
因為book 了酒店才看見那些負評，所以去之前特別打了電話跟酒店confirm check in 時間及所需的特別安排。服務質素及體驗整體不錯，很滿意☺️ check in 也很快👍🏻
特別要讚的是大堂－位男職員，很用心講解及很有禮貌😍
另外infinity pool 的無敵大海景，雖然冇得游，望吓都開心🤭
建議改進的👇🏻
🍽️breakfast buffet 食物的質素,種類ok, 但味道很一般，咖啡更加😅，但有movenpick yogurt 👍🏻
🎈房間anniversary free deco😂有點馬虎，
🥫🍹還有first round free mini bar , 或者因有期望，所以有點失望😅因為通常都會有些小食🥨
若帶小朋友🧒👧🧑，我會推介入住private garden room, 最好帶－個小tent 放在出面，可以當戶外露營⛺️還可以打韆鞦☺️More
This is my second time visiting the hotel after my sister wedding ceremony.
Patrick was very thoughtful in arranging our stay. It was unfortunate that we are not able to meet him in the hotel. However, his team Thomas and Yoyo were very nice in taking care of us. The hotel may not be a well known brand with a sense of luxury that people admire, but the staff was really impressive with the service.
Thanks again for the loveable hospitality and we will visit again very soon.

WM hotel has the great view of rooms and swimming pool!! They are so stylish, we seems went to the islands resort. The kayak rental place and bbq area are just beside the hotel. Furthermore, we can walk back to the sai lung ferry to golf course and went to beaches and island visit. Overall experience is good beside we need to wait for check in because they are popular!! 😆. Also, the western restaurant is good and they have arcade games, golf simulator and pool availables.

The hotel is next to the beach and Sai Kung town centre，therefore，can have lots of water activities. also have many choices of cusines.
room is spacious and very nice welcome pack for my poodle. staff were friendly and helpful as well.

We have booked a Seaview room. They have allocated sky tower to us. The room can see some sun rise and have a balcony. It is really a joy.
The hotel is located really close to the minibus bus stop. A few minutes walk and you will be there. There is free wifi, free minibus to take you to 坑口 mtr.
When I check in, the person who serves me is very friendly and I cannot ask for more. He will try to answer all my questions. I did ask for late check out but the hotel can only give one extra hour. This is a bit disappointing considering it is not full.
The buffet breakfast is ok nothing to wow about but there are plenty of choices.
The bed is comfortable and the room is big. There is shower but no bath. Glad to be able to use the balcony.
Overall nice hotel.

A new hotel located at the seashore of Sai Kung! My husband booked a staycation night to celebrate my birthday. Was full of expectations for such a beautiful hotel (from the exterior) but eventually check out with full of disappointment!
For the room, interior have nothing to complain merely because of relativity new, but I would expect a resort theme rather than an ordinary cookie cutter interior design that really not blend in with the nice sea view. One thing really annoyed me is the bed.... it's the hardest bed I ever sleep on ...I got back pain and sore muscle sleeping on it and can't sleep all night....
Food....I had the buffet dinner there.....food variety is ok....but the food quality is not great...I won't say it taste awful...but it's just not hotel quality....also, food are not replenishing fast enough. run out of fruit the mid way and staff don't even have time to cut the fruita but had to dump the whole apple and orange on the plates without cutting. We mad a bad decision for having the breakfast there the next morning ....and that was a disaster!! Totally chaotic.... again....food are not geeat..... service and management really not up to standard.... cereal spill everywhere without anyone to clean up...i was staff just turn their blind eyes on the messy serving counter.....food is really not enough to feed all the guests!!! I saw customers came in in the last season literally have nothing to eat at all! Just had to pick up any junks leftovers out there!!! OMG!
Pool.....I don't get the point for booking the session.... it's just overly crowded....not enjoying at all....guest has to run to get a chair or little stool chair to out their belongings on....but there's really not enough and the situation is really worse than a public pool!!
Overall comments, inexperienced management, kitchen size and ratio too small compared to number of table. Hotel don't have enough facilities compared to number of rooms.
Oh...not to mention....the check-in procedure is really slow and the lobby is surprising small compared to the size of the hotel.... customers just cramped in such a small space.
Overall comment: Really disappointing and what a waste for such great location and view!
