Abigail was educated in France, and came to Australia when she was given the chance to appear as the female lead in a local theatre production in Perth of the British comedy There's a Girl in My Soup.She is best known for her roles in two prominent Australian soap operas, where she became known simply as Abigail, she first became best known to Australians as a sex symbol, in the television soap opera Number 96, as the first actress to play Bev Houghton and then for her role as conniving Caroline Morrell in Sons and Daughters.

    Alexandra "Ally" Fowler (born 6 December 1961) is an Australian actress and singer. She is known for her roles as Angela Hamilton in Sons and Daughters (1982–84) and Zoe Davis in Neighbours (1986). As a singer, Fowler is known as one of the four female vocalists of the band Chantoozies (1986–91), which had top 10 hits with a cover version of "Witch Queen" in 1987 and an original track, "Wanna Be Up" in 1988. Their debut self-titled album peaked at No. 8 on the ARIA Albums Chart in September 1988. After the group disbanded Fowler returned to acting, with roles in Big Sky (1997), All Saints (2005–07) and Wentworth (2013–14). From 2012 she has also participated in reunion gigs by Chantoozies.

As an actress, she had roles in TV soap operas, Sons and Daughters (1983–85) and Neighbours (mid-1990s) and worked as a TV presenter and game show host, including on Sale of the Century (1986–91). Platt released her debut album, Beautiful Death, in April 2004.

    Brian Blain (13 September 1936 – July 1994) was an Australian actor, best known for his roles in numerous TV series starting from the early 1970, but also worked in theatre, notably with The National Theatre at The Playhouse in Perth, Western Australia, in productions such as The Lady's Not For Burning and Narrow Road to the Deep North in 1970. He also appeared with The Queensland Theatre Company in the early 1970s. He is best remembered for his role as Gordon Hamilton in the Seven Network soap opera Sons and Daughters from 1981 to 1987 when the series was cancelled, and his role as Captain Jacob Hilliard in the film sequel Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991). In that same year, he also starred opposite Anne Haddy playing Michael Daniels, a love interest of her character Helen Daniels in the Network Ten soap opera Neighbours. Only a few years previously Haddy had played his housekeeper Rosie in Sons and Daughters. He died of a heart attack in 1994, at the age of 57.

    Cornelia Frances Zulver, OAM (7 April 1941 – 28 May 2018), credited professionally as Cornelia Frances, was an English-Australian actress. After starting her career in British films, she became best known for her acting career in Australia after emigrating there in 1970, particularly her iconic television soap opera roles with portrayals of nasty characters. Frances was known for her role as Morag Bellingham on Home and Away since its inception in 1988, after leaving that series, she appeared on a semi-regular basis as the storyline permitted, rejoining briefly as a permanent cast member in 2001, before going back to an itinerant basis. Frances was also known for playing nurse Sister Grace Scott on the Nine Network series The Young Doctors (1976–1978), and Barbara Hamilton on Sons and Daughters on Network Seven (1982–1986). She appeared in the film version of regular series TV soap The Box. She also worked briefly on stage and in voice-over. In the early 2000s, she was the hostess of the Australian version of quiz show The Weakest Link.
