Ti esrever dna ti pilf nwod gniht ym tup I
Ti esrever dna ti pilf nwod gniht ym tup I

I'd like to get to know ya so I could show ya
Put the pussy on ya like I told ya
Gimme all your numbers so I could phone ya
Your girl actin' stank then call me over
Not on the bed, lay me on your sofa
Phone before you come, I need to shave my chocha
You do or you don't or you will or won't ya
Go downtown and eat it like a vulture
See my hips and my tips, don't ya
See my ass and my lips, don't ya
Lost a few pounds and my whips for ya
This the kinda beat that go ra-ta-ta
    Ra-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta
Sex me so good I say blah-blah-blah
Work it, I need a glass of water
Boy, oh, boy, it's good to know ya

Is it worth it, let me work it
I put my thing down, flip it and reverse it

    (Come on)

If you a fly gal get your nails done
Get a pedicure, get your hair did
Boy, lift it up, let's make a toast-a
Let's get drunk, that's gon' bring us closer
Don't I look like a Halle Berry poster
See the Belvedere playin' tricks on ya
Girlfriend want to be like me, never
You won't find a bitch that's even better
I make you hot as Las Vegas weather
Listen up close while I take it backwards
I'm not a prostitute, but I could give you what you want
I love your braids and your mouth full of floss
Love the way my ass go bum-bum-bum-bum
Keep your eyes on my bum-bum-bum-bum-bum
And think you can handle this gadong-a-dong-dong
Take my thong off and my ass go vroom
Cut the lights off so you see what I could do

Is it worth it, let me work it
I put my thing down, flip it and reverse it

Boys, boys, all type of boys
Black, white, Puerto Rican, Chinese boys
    Why-thai,-thai-o-toy-o-thai-thai
    Rock-thai,-thai-o-toy-o-thai-thai
    Girls, girls, get that cash
If it's 9 to 5 or shakin' your ass
Ain't no shame, ladies do your thang
Just make sure you ahead of the game
Just 'cause I got a lot of fame supa
Prince couldn't get me change my name papa
Kunta Kinte a slave again, no sir
Picture black sayin', "Oh, yes a master"
Picture Lil' Kim dating a pastor
Minnie Me and Big Ren can out last ya
Who is the best, I don't have to ask ya
When I come out you won't even matter
Why you act dumb like "Uh, duh"
So you act dumb like "Uh, duh"
As the drummer boy go ba-rom-pop-pom-pom
Give you some-some-some of this Cinnabun

Is it worth it, let me work it
I put my thing down, flip it and reverse it

  • Daniel from Winchester, OhI'm a guy and I listen to this song alot, and I dance to it too. , and know all the words to it, it give me a bi nostalgia boner. ;D
  • Eugene from Minneapolis, MnThe intro samples "Request Line", an R&B/Hip Hop smash by Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three released in late 1984 and peaked in 1985.
  • Diana from Los Angeles, Cathe drum disco sound is where missy took heart of glass music, I hear it, you need a good ear if you cant tell my friend
  • Diana from Los Angeles, Caluv this song, its a jam I didnt know shes used blondie's heart of glass which i'm surprised because normally I can tell when a song is sampled, missy is a good producer
  • Jessica from Los Angeles, CaThe Blondie sample plays throughout almost the entire song as a secondary sorta beat. "Heart of Glass" begins with a bossa nova beat that sounds like one of those programmed beats that used to come on old Casio keyboards.
  • Shannon from Palisade, CoThis song and this type of music is shameful, distasteful, embarassing, and just plain socially irresponsible...sucks.
  • Michael from London, Englandalso id like to point out that no-where in the CD sleeve is the sample credited and it would surely have to be if it was a sample!-maybe its just similar !
  • Michael from London, Englandi have heard the backwards part in the chorus actually says "is your F***ing P**Sy wet yet" and u gotta admit this fits more in time than other suggestions!! great song though!
  • Cricket from Moscow, Idthe mystery sample are the sixteenth note percussive beats in the background under the bass that kinda sound like someone is hitting coconuts with drumsticks. if you have ever heard "heart of glass" they're the beats that start the song. happy hunting!
  • Elliot from St. Louis, MoI had an odd experience with this song. I live in a 94% African-American community, and am one of the few white people in my school, but when, I was hanging out with my friends, this song came on the radio, and everyone, white or AFrican-American begin to sing/rap/whatever along to this song, and it was just kind of akward, a group of 10 or so males singing this song with each other. lol, Missy Elliott is cool, and her last name is my first name, except spelled differently.
  • Michael from London, Englandwhere is the Blondie sample used?
  • Casie from Denver, CoMissy is really good! Alison and the other chineese girl are really good dancers and besides they worked with Eminem. their totaly pros! I think this song is really cool. Missy Elliott is just like another fun and funny fat lady, not fat but you know, thoes kinda ladys that are fun! She rocks!
  • Angelica from La Puente, CaPeople where worried that the backwards parts where dirty? Those are the cleanest parts!
  • Kudzai from Harare, Otherthis song simply rocks!!!!
