What a wasted opportunity! Overrated restaurant and tourist trap - menu is priced for spectacular views but serves below mediocre tasting food and beverages (wine selection was sub-standard). Service was professional but overly attentive - maybe bcoz we were the 1st diners of the evening? ; ) Other helpful notes: Lady at the reception pushed a cocktail menu at us before allowing us to enter the private elevator - saying that the restaurant didn't have a liquor license but we could order drinks from the menu - okaaaay, that was confusing - and she added that the minimum requirement to dine at the restaurant would be to order 1 entree/person - @ prices ranging from $60-$86/entree with only 1 vegetarian option! This could be a very classy restaurant but currently has the vibe of a mainstream steakhouse. This restaurant needs new management.

Very good food, excellent service, and amazing views! Very expensive compared to a standard restaurant, but part of that is a premium to enjoy the view.

"I was underwhelmed by my recent visit to Sundial restaurant. The food was overpriced and the portions were small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. To make matters worse, parking was a nightmare. While I appreciate the effort to provide a unique dining experience, I expect more value for my money. Hopefully, they'll revisit their pricing and parking arrangements to better serve their customers.

I enjoyed dining here. The view and photos my date and I took together were nice. The food was decent but it was not very flavorful and the portions are quite small. The ribeye lacked personality. Maybe aim for rare or medium rare. There was an overcast so we missed out on a beautiful sunset. The night view is still stunning. The waiters seemed stuck in a mundane routine not veering too far from their script. Overall still a 4 star experience but know that the view is mostly why you would come.

The view is spectacular, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations—it was overcooked and overly salty. The establishment has clearly aged over time; the Westin should consider remodeling or even closing. Given the price point, I should have wanted to finish my meal or take it home, but that was not the case.

Not what it used to be… The menu has changed recently and not for the better, I did not see any healthy options. The new food was very disappointing,especially for the price. Not as good as it was in the past. The restaurant was also empty and the bar is no longer open. Several photo areas had empty tables left over from an event. It was disappointing to see the Sundial in this condition for a restaurant I have visited my entire life. I will most likely not go back. I am sad.

The food was fair at best. Give the price, less than fair. Both the snapper and pheasant were dry and a creative sauce,
