The debate on finding environmentally friendly ways of feeding people and how animal agriculture contributes to global warming are currently hot topics. Our students have been finding out about plant-based products and how they can be an excellent source of protein and other nutrients, often with fewer calories than animal products. Not only was it educational but tasty too!
