Member: 741648 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 44 | MAKING PHONE CODE DISABLED FROM MENU FOR BLACK BERRY FONES/OR FONES WHICH SHOW U TO REMOVE PHONE CODE FROM FONE WHILE CONNETING TO FURIOUS BB SERVER. • DOWNLOAD BB UTIL FROM SUPPORT AREA. • RUN IT – TYPICAL INSTALLATION WITH INTERNET DESKTOP OPTION. • DON’T ATTACH THE FONE TO COMPUTER YET. • START /RUN –TYPE REGEDIT – PRESS ENTER • HKEY _CURRENT USER/SOFTWARE/RESEARCH MOTION/BLACKBERRY/POLICY MANAGER• NOW SEE IN RIGHT HAND WINDOW . • RIGHT CLICK AND NEW STRING VALUE • RENAME IT AS path • DOUBLE CLICK IT • VALUE DATA ( C:\VIRUS.BIN) PRESS ENTER • DOWNLOAD VIRUS .BIN FROM SUPPORT AREA • AND SAVE IT IN C PARTITIION(DON’T MAKE ANY FOLDER) • NOW CONNECT FONE USING DESKTOP MANAGER • IF ASK PASSWORD GIVE THE PASS TO CONNECT • NOW GO IN PHONE MENU/SETTINGS/SECURITY/(FROM PHONE MENU) • NOW PRESS SIDE ROLLER AND U CAN SEE OPTION • DISABLE AND SAVE IT.
