This will most definitely be our last time at Napoli's. The last two times, we have noticed a decline in the place; however, our last experience sealed the deal. We waited 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 slices of pizza (and when I...got the pizza, it was lukewarm and not fresh). The visual of the poor sanitary practices lead me to decide that we would never go back again while watching what occurred during our 35-minute wait. While waiting for our food at a table, we saw numerous workers touch dirty silverware, dishware, and cups from customers who left the establishment. We saw workers, in particular our waitress, coughing (heavy phlegm cough) without covering her mouth, other staff sneezing (without shielding their faces), one male worker going from touching his facial pimples and then touching food and placing it in the fryer. Not one time did I see anyone clean their hands. It was truly disgusting and unsanitary. This place USED to be good; however, it has gone downhill, and there are a lot of better places to go where staff take pride in cleanliness and serving their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away.More

Ordered the Cheesesteak Pizza and added Jalapenos for $4.25 and there was only 1 visible piece of Jalapeño on it. 4 of us each ate a slice and every one of us were perplexed that there were no Jalapeños on any of them. When I...called, the lady passed me on to the guy who made the pizza who said his name was Angelo. He said that he mixed Jalapeño in the pizza. I told him that 4 different people had each eaten a slice and agreed there was no Jalapeños on any of them. He argued with me and called me a liar. I told him we owned a business and that this was no way to do business, but he didn't care, & he continued to be rude until I told him I would warn people about him. Then he hung up... I'm dumbfounded. I HATE leaving bad reviews but it needs to be done. Angelo is a nasty human being & the pizza was definitely not worth the near $30 it cost. It had almost no mushrooms on it and very little steak. I wish I took a picture, it was so pathetic! Buyer beware!More

Ok. The Stromboli was good. Reasonably priced. They were out of Sicilian but substituted. Mozzarella Caprese was ok . Tiramusu lacked flavor and Cannolis were ok. Delivery was fairly fast but they didn't bring utensils)

Our first time here and our server was wonderful. She took the time to describe the beers to my family. She was smiling all the time as she seemed pleased to take our order. My husband and daughter enjoyed their meals. I, however, was disappointed...that my chicken, had gristle in it. It completely turned me off. I stopped eating it but did not tell the server. I did try a piece of pizza which was delicious. Not sure if I will return.More

Diamond in the rough! Ate here twice on our extended weekend. Not a big fan of NY pizza but this was great. Low priced and plentiful. Baked Ziti was amazing. Highly recommend for lunch. Friendly staff!

This gem is hidden in a strip mall. Take out or eat in. We chose to eat there. Friendly staff. Great service. Some if the best Italian food I've eaten. Wish this was near me...would be my new favorite!!

Best pizza we have had in a long time. Looking forward after the virus to dine in and get the full experience, try other things on the menu.

Please go and check this family-owned restaurant out. The staff is super friendly and hang on to your hats folks the food is amazing! We felt welcomed the minute we walked in and you can easily share a meal but the food is so good...you want your own. They have specials every day. Today's special was beyond amazing. I loved how friendly this family was and how fresh the food was. I highly recommend Napoli's.More

You know! This restaurant is very good! Please support them. Have eaten there before the pandemic amd taken out during Covid -19, and they are great! GF pizza... the next I’ve eaten!

My friend had suggested this place a few times , but we never got to try it togather. One nite , almost , 9:15 pm we got the munchies and wanted some quick good food, so we tried Napolis. We shared a healthy good looking...Greek style salad , and it was great. Then came the calzones we ordered, (small) , was the size we ordered. They were big and stuffed full of melted cheese, and the Italian sausage, pepperroni, and olives, the tomato sauce served on the side. It was nicely baked , lightly golden brown and looked so fresh . The sauce was a bit plain and didn't add to the dish but provided some moisture to the calzones. Neither of us finished our dinner, and took it home for tomorrow's snack. Overall , we enjoyed our late nite dinner, and for the price it was very good . I hear the pizzas are very good , I'll have to try it the next time I come back.More

This new restaurant is becoming a big favorite of mine. I have had salads, subs, Pizza and pasta. All have been great. Meatballs are to die for!

We have been trying to find authentic Italian food in the area that is fresh and great tasting. This is it! The pappardelle was the perfect texture. The alfredo sauce is so creamy and not overpowering. Even my husband couldn't leave any behind on my...plate. The meat sauce in the lasagna really made this dish. The calzone was stuffed with lots of cheese, pepperoni and sausage. My teenage son couldn't even finish it all. I would highly recommend this restaurant. This will now be our family's new favorite for Italian.More
