Can't login to the official minecraft website

Hi,

I can't seem to login minecraft official website using my microsoft account.

When I try login with my microsoft account, i'm getting an error with this error link: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login?error=InternalServerError&error_description=Some+exception+happenen#state=login

Please check if your Microsoft account can be signed in normally through https://account.microsoft.com website and https://account.xbox.com/Profile website. If it works fine there, then it's most likely to be an issue with Minecraft's website alone.

Alternatively, try accessing the Minecraft website on a different device or internet browser.

If you've tried everything and it's still not working, please contact Minecraft Support team https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new.

thank you, but it seems that the first link isn't working. When i sign in, it tells me to sign in again

Thanks for trying. Could you please try the first link on a different device or internet browser if it does the same thing?

sorry for troubling but the same result occurs when i use a different device. Attempting to log in just makes me log in again

Have you tried a different account if it lets you sign in normally? So we can isolate whether it's a website issue or account issue specific to your account only.

Okay, it seems to be definitely an account specific issue. i tried logging in with a different account and it seems to work normally

Thank you for checking. If that's the case, it would be best if you directly contact the Microsoft/Xbox Support team so they can properly check or investigate your account.

Try to contact them through https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us > Contact us > Subscription & billing > I don't recognize a charge > describe your issue > Next > See contact options > Chat online.

I had the same issue. Eventually I found out that on account.mircrosoft.com under "Devices" I had two devices representing the same PC. As I had upgraded my PC there was a device for the old PC and one for the new. Yet both were called the same. I deleted the old one & now I can login. No one else had found an answer to this issue (I searched a lot through the web). So I am posting it here
