Estella, commonly known as Estella Sneider, was born in Mexico City on September 3, 1950. She is a well-known Mexican novelist, sex therapist, psychologist, television and radio personality, and socialite. Many people are familiar with her from her appearances on the reality television program Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, where she shared the screen with her daughter-in-law Kyle Richards and son-in-law Mauricio Umansky.

Due to her strong participation in the Los Angeles entertainment and charity scenes, as well as her active online presence via podcasting, Sneider was nominated for a Shorty Award in 2014. She is well-known in these fields and has made a name for herself.

Ruben, Luis, Jorge, Guillermo, and Sneider were Sneider’s four older brothers. His parents had five kids in total. She went to junior high school at Escuela Secundaria y Preparatoria de la Ciudad de Mexico before transferring to Colegio Hebreo Tarbut, a school connected to the Tarbut movement, for high school. After finding out she was pregnant, she was forced to finish high school at Instituto Superior Abierto.

Sneider wed Eduardo Umansky at the age of 18, and the two of them had two kids: Mauricio Simon Umansky and Sharon Umansky. The family moved to the US in 1976 to assist Sneider in his endeavors to further his education. In 1980, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Not much is known about Eduardo Umansky.
