Walker & DunlopInc. has hired Stuart Wernick as senior vice president and managingdirector on its capital markets team.

Wernick is based in the company's Dallas office and will be responsiblefor building the regional production platform and arranging commercial real estateloans to various entities.

Wernick previously worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC as senior managing directorleading the Dallas production office.
