Gisela Kathe Reinhold OBITUARY

Gisela Kathe Reinhold Santa Rosa, California Gisela Reinhold, 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sat., Nov. 14, 2015.

Born in Hannover, Germany, she grew up in the outskirts of Essen. She came to the US in the 1950s and married. In 1958, they moved to Sunnyvale, CA, where Gisela was a nurse at Kaiser Hospital in Santa Clara.

After retirement, they moved to Santa Rosa in 1999. She loved her home on Sonoma Mt., telling everyone it was like her childhood, living in the country.

Her positive outlook on life was steadfast, an attitude and spirit which was infectious to anyone she met.

Over the years, Gisela was involved the Santa Clara County Beekeepers Guild, the Orchid Society, the Santa Rosa Order of Hermann Sons, and most recently the Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati where she also was a multiple Paul Harris Fellow.

She is preceded in death by her husband Wulf D., by her sister Toni and her brother Anselm. She is survived by her son Wulff A Reinhold, his wife Paula and their sons Wulff F. and Alexander.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sun., Dec. 20, 2015 at 2PM at 1200 Oak Springs Lane, Santa Rosa, CA.
