Ethel Ruth Russell departed this life July 28, 2023. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted Friday August 4, 2023 at 12:00pm from St. Mark United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 11am until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Professional service and care of Ms. Ethel Ruth Russell and family are entrusted to Clark Funeral Chapel & Cremation Service Inc. (423) 245-4971

Ethyl Ruth was a friend when needed. She sit at the hospital with me and Mama, Fannie Horton, Cincinnati, Ohio. She was with me until the end. Her loving and passionate thoughts/words of kindness will forever be remembered. Condolences extended to the family during your loss, but not forgotten.
