Hideki Matsuyama is one of the talented Japanese professional golfers who currently plays on the PGA Tour. Hideki is a 31 year old gentleman, born on February 25, 1992, in Matsuyama, Ehime, Japan.
Hideki’s father introduced him to golf when he was only four years old. While in the 8th grade of education, he transferred to Meitoku Gijuku Junior & Senior High School in Kochi Prefecture, in search of a better golf environment.
He is the first-ever Japanese professional golfer to win a men’s major golf championship which is the 2021 Masters Tournament. He attained his highest rank of second in the Official World Golf Rankings for men in June 2017.
