I placed an order for 8 boxes of the blue and grey encaustic tile. After an issue with my initial delivery, wong product on the freight truck, Wayfair immediately shipped a new order. Aprox 1 week later my original was found and delivered. I received a 2nd order about a week after that. Customer service was great! The wad no wait time when I called in and they understood what had happened and they told me to keep the second shipment just in case there were any issues or breakage with my first order. The tile has been installed, Wayfair is arranging for the 2nd shipment to be picked up and returned and I had very little breakage out of 8 boxes! The tile looks great! Absolutely love the tile! Its beautiful. I love the variety of patterns and colors that can tie into the tile. It would probably look good with a blue near by or a green. There are so many different variations of blue that I decided on a soft green cabinet color, which highlights the green with in the patterns. I was worried on shipping. I ordered 4 boxes worth of tile and surprisingly not one was broken. Some of the boxes arrived with dents but the packaging around th tile was so well done that there was not one chip or crack. I was thinking this would be a some people love it tile or some people wont. So far everyone points out in my kitchen how much they like it. I will say, I wish there was a recommendation on which type of grout to use with this tile or a recommendation list of materials that work well with this tile for set up.. Mary. This is an excellent looking product. Arrived well packaged and none were broken. Looks a lot like distressed brick when installed with 1/4 grout lines. There was a LOT of variety in this tile, making it look like a custom made product. There were more than 20 different patterns in my two boxes.
