Despite being in a showmance with Jase Wirey, Holly was viewed as a major social threat by the rest of the house. Though she managed to survive the first two weeks because of Jase winning competitions, Holly's time in the game came to end during the third week when both she and Jase failed to win the HOH and the POV competitions. She became the third evictee by a near unanimous vote, only receiving Jase's vote to stay.

- Holly appeared on two consecutive seasons after Big Brother 5. She appeared on Big Brother 6 as the host of a Veto competition and Big Brother 7 as part of a Veto competition.
- Holly appeared in a segment in Big Brother 6 (US) during Week 2 along with Drew Daniel, Diane Henry, Nakomis Dedmon, Michael Ellis, Adria Klein, Natalie Carroll, and Jase Wirey.
- In 2006, Holly appeared in the movie Doggie Bag.[1][2]
- Holly became a professional wrestling valet in 2013, with her most notable work being in the Women of Wrestling promotion and Lucha Underground television series, in which Austin Matelson and Jessie Godderz also appeared.[3] She was briefly paired with John Hennigan of Survivor fame.
