Very sorry to hear that all of your old emails have been delated. I was wondering if this is the case on all platforms like outlook.com. Did you delete these emails yourself or did you lose them for no reason?First of all, I would like to apologize to you.
In the case of your issue, it is most likely caused by a recent ongoing server data migration.
Users from all over the world have reported similar issues and Microsoft has been working to resolve them. Some users have reported that the issue has been resolved after waiting a few hours to a few days.
If you are in a great hurry, can you try to recover your deleted emails in bulk. And have you tried outlook classic. Toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview. Also try to recover deleted emails on outlook.com.
There are a number of reasons that can affect the loss of emails and I provide you with some details from Microsoft.
