Important Update
It is with the deepest of emotions that we must announce that from Thursday 5th November, Stirrups has been ordered to close its doors to customers once again. We are hoping as per the Government announcement to be back open on Thursday 3rd December 2020, though we will update guests if this changes.
We currently have no
#weddings booked until next year when, by the general impression, things will be very much more normal however if you have a wedding booked with us in 2021 and have any questions or concerns, please do email us over the coming weeks as we will have
#staff on site (though please note that in the short term we expect many calls and emails and appreciate your patience whilst we work through this).
For all those with room bookings and pod bookings, you will be contacted in the next few days, with those bookings in the next few days prioritised with immediate effect. For room bookings, we have not taken any money in advance so this should be a simple case of cancelling or postponing and we do hope we can welcome you back in the future. In the rare occasion that money that has been taken for a room booking, this will be refunded.
In the case of Pods, we kept
#December closed for this particular ‘
#lockdown’ eventuality and we will open up December and January first for those POD guests that had booked during the lockdown – an email will follow shortly directly to Pod guests. Please try to avoid calling us as we will be extremely busy on the phones – rest assured that you will get contacted by us.
If you have a Pod booked this week up till and including Wednesday 4th November, please be assured we look forward to welcoming you and delivering the high standards of service and unique experience we are so proud of.
Finally I wanted to say a huge thanks to all of our customers that have supported us, in their masses, over the
#Summer and during these initial
#Winter weeks in Rooms, Restaurant and Pods. Our goal when this began in March was to buck the trend and keep all those staff members employed that wanted a
#job.
Your actions by supporting us have allowed us to do this and we are immensely grateful.
You will also be encouraged to know that due to the safety features we put in place and despite the many thousands of guests we served over the Summer, we have not once been contacted by Track & Trace and not one of our staff members have tested postive either – so thanks for doing your part to keep all of us safe and well.
As we settle in to this next lockdown and think of extra strategies to keep us going, please do remember that we still have our
#Takeaway #AfternoonTeas and Kids Afternoon Tea available as well as our ‘Cook at Home’ range – our online voucher systems also remains available with some great discounts.
Once again, we will do our best to ensure we keep our team together and after this enforced rest, I am sure we will be bright eyed, bushy tailed and ready to welcome you, once again, on the ‘other side’.
