Terence Paul Winter

Executive Producer / Co-Creator / Showrunner: The Rookie: Feds

Terence Paul Winter was an executive producer of the ABC series “The Rookie” and is now an executive producer, co-creator and showrunner of its spinoff, “The Rookie: Feds.” Prior to this, Winter spent eight seasons with the hit ABC crime drama “Castle,” where he worked his way up from staff writer to executive producer/co-showrunner. Other writing credits include “Training Day” for CBS, “Marvel’s Luke Cage” for Netflix, “All of Us” for the CW, feature film work for Lionsgate Entertainment and Fuqua Films, as well as selling his first screenplay to MGM Studios one year after earning a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Southern California’s School of Theatre.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Winter began his career as an actor, working on several films and television series including “Godzilla,” “Friends,” “Days of Our Lives,” “Murder in Small Town X” (series regular) and “Married with Children.”
