She was born on October 21, 1922, in Taylor to Andrew Meyer and Ida Teichelman Meyer. On April 4, 1942, she married Warren W. Percy.
She enjoyed making her home and yard beautiful and always loved having her family and friends around. Dorothy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Warren W. Percy, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Meyer and sister, Ethel Meyer Wiley.
Funeral services were Thursday morning, December 7, at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Interment was at Taylor City Cemetery.
