We were part of a group staying at this hotel while we did all things Opryland: hotel tour, Grand Ole Opry performance, lights at Christmas, Opry Mills - WOW! But this hotel is what made our stay the most comfortable and the best experience. From the friendly greeting and information help by Deont'a as we entered to the time we left, everyone was outstanding. The staff really made the difference. Thanks to Deont'a, Marieha, Ann Marie and ReAnn. The room was very spacious and very clean. We were impressed by the quality of this hotel as well as the proximity to everything we were visiting. This would also make a great place to stay if you are visiting the Hermitage. The breakfast was fine and the staff there worked hard. Overall, a great nights' sleep with a comfy bed and spacious surroundings. What more could you ask from Santa?

This is a brand new, modern hotel that has rooms with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Room was large and spacious. Breakfast buffet had all the options. They offer a free shuttle over to Opryland or there is a third party shuttle that will take you downtown to the music venues. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We were on a road trip so only stayed for one night arriving late afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Chris at the front desk who was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The front desk personnel, have to run the front desk, provide concierge service, provide additional linens, glasses, etc...that housekeeping would normally handle AND cook the hot breakfast sandwiches which are MADE TO ORDER for the grab and go breakfast. Chris as well as the gentlemen at the desk the next morning were able to multitask with ease and were hospitable while doing so. We left on the evening to get dinner and when we returned, Chris made a point to welcome us back and ask how our meal was. These extra touches may seem minor but when you travel a great deal, these touches make a big difference in the overall experience. Well done Residence Inn!
The guest rooms were the absolute best we have ever had! SO much space in the room! The kitchenette was really a full size kitchen with all the modern amenities, including a FULL size fridge, Keurig, stovetop, microwave, and bar seating. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate vanity area which makes it so much more comfortable and easy to get ready with multiple people sharing one bathroom. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and we could open the windows a little (maybe about 6 inches) to let in some fresh air. We’ve always looked for cleanliness and during a pandemic this is even more important, so this property didn’t disappoint. The only comment I would make for improvement is the corners of the showers had lime buildup. A few squirts of Tilex or lime away could easily rectify.
Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had two rooms for about 6 weeks following the March 3 Nashville tornado. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful: the cleaning crew, breakfast bar staff, front desk clerks, managers...
The pool, outdoor fire pit and workout area were inviting and the location is convenient to The Opry and a quick jump to the interstate. The breakfast bar is the best I’ve ever seen! Huge!! 😋
We were so thankful to have a refuge during a stressful time and highly recommend this new , clean, welcoming location.

Upon checking in, which I am currently staying at this location at the time of this review, I was told they would charge my debit card $20 for incidentals. I get into my room and notice they have actually charged $100 to my debit. Not a huge deal, but it could be inconvenient for some...Didn't get a good reason from the front desk except that the GM would make it right in the morning. Also, although the room is clean, no coat hangers in the closet and housekeeping was so kind in leaving me only 1/4 roll of TP in the restroom!

This property is in a great location if you want to experience the Gaylord Opryland Hotel without paying to stay there. It's also very convenient to the Grand Ole Opry. The hotel is fairly new and very modern in style.....not a "Country" motif if that's what you're looking for. The evening staff is marginal.......they barely respond when approached and you knew you were a bother to them. The shuttle driver to the Gaylord was nice but getting the return shuttle was a bit of a mess. That said, we were there at an extremely busy time (Christmas) for the Gaylord. We called the number we were given to schedule the return shuttle and the phone just rang with no answer several of the times we called. The breakfast buffet is good and the morning staff seemed attentive and customer focused.

Nice hotel and location excellent. The only thing we noticed was housekeeping and maintenance need to better check these rooms. We needed to move a couple times. Although Christopher as well as Shirelle (spelling?) made our stay so much fun by sharing their city of Nashville and were so accommodating with the room problems. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Staying with grandchildren, really wanted a 1-bedroom suite near the Opry and Residence Inn had one. Fairly new build. Front desk associate, David, was very entertaining and kept my grandchildren laughing, Room was clean and in good working order. Breakfast is the new normal - do not expect fresh eggs, breakfast meats, etc. - the warming pans are now filled with prewrapped breakfast sandwiches. There is an adequate supply of cereals, oatmeal, waffle makers. No evening social or drinks at this location. This location has a small putting green in front that the desk has clubs and balls for. The grandchildren enjoyed it. The pool is a bit strange; it seems to be a uniform depth of three feet (?) and while it looked clean, it had an odd green hue. We opted to not swim. There was no bedding within the room for the sofa bed. When we went to get some from the front desk, they only had a couple of pillows left in the entire building that were damp (feather) and smelled kind of gross. They ended up sleeping on rolled towels. My advice is to make sure you have bedding for the sofa bed when you enter the room. There are plenty of dining options on Music Valley Drive and even a gas station if you need it.

We were in a room with mostly a view of a wall with a view off to the side, but on the plus side, it was quiet and private. The place clean with an awesome shower. Had a kitchenette with 2 burner stove, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and small dishwasher. Included breakfast was decent enough with scrambled eggs, sausage patty, cereals, breads, bananas, milk, juices and a few other things. The gym had dumbbell pairs up to 50 lbs, a couple of adjustable benches and a weight machine that could have used a couple bars for pull downs, so don't know why they don't add those relatively cheap items. Had a few cardio machines too, plus a pool. A 5 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry, but not really walk-able with the lack of sidewalks on the other side of McGavock Pk. Overall a good stay and recommended.

This was a great find of a hotel in the Opryland area without paying triple the cost at a neighbouring property. The room was very spacious and about double the size of a regular hotel room. Its kitchen had a stove a fridge and dishwasher. This room would be perfect for the business traveller needing to stay a few days and have the conveniences of home. It is a little farther away from the Opryland area but the bonus of this was its quietness but still convenient with lots of restaurants in the area. Front desk staff was great and had us speedily checked in. The complimentary buffet breakfast was hot and delicious with quite a variety to please everyone. This property is a must stay if you want to save some serious cash but still near the Opryland action
