The staff and the food were both excellent!! Along with delicious bread and butter served as we sat down, we had the tuna tartare to start, and it was so delicious! Then our beautiful filet mignons (cooked medium rare, of course!), loaded baked potato, sauteed broccoli, and perfect California 2020 Long Barn Cabernet Savignon arrived, and all were superb. The steaks were perfectly prepared. The wait staff and hosts were so attentive and helpful throughout. We finished with pecan pie and coffee, leaving very satisfied and happy!!

Food and wine was excellent. Service was outstanding. Prices are above what they should be, the wine list is way overpriced for the selections they have. In some instances, 10 to 15 times mark up from actual selling price of the wine if purchased outside of Wolfgang’s.

Service was excellent most of all. The portions were generous compared to other western-style steakhouses in the area with similar pricing. Quality of the food was as one would expect from Wolfgang. Location is good as there are a lot of stores within walking distance. Accessible if you have a car (there is parking in the building) or are getting a ride via e-hailing apps (drop off right in front of the restaurant).

The restaurant was very busy and the staff was not attentive. They had plenty of people but for the most part the staff was inefficient. The food lacked flavor. The ambiance was more like a starbucks and while this was not the restaurant’s fault. Several men at the bar spent most of their time staring at my fiancée. In general, for a top flight restaurant, it was a disaster.

For this class of restaurant and price I expected more. When we highlighted the Medium Rare was more like medium well, the waiter insisted that’s because the hot plate continued to cook the steak. We said that’s how it arrived and yet there was no offer to redo. Not happy customer

I’ve been to the Newport Mall branch and I’d say the service is quite phenomenal there versus BGC Branch, for example: in Newport Mall the servers would refill my water once they seen it’s empty and in BGC they don’t really do it which is quite annoying I’d say considering we paid for the service. Moreover, I’d recommend a smoking area on the BGC branch inside as same as like in Newport Mall branch as it’s definitely gonna be great. Still recommend the BGC branch, there’s some room for improvement

Best Experience, The place has a really nice and romantic vibe, went here for our valentines celebration and it is really worth it. The food was very delicious especially the wolfgang salad that has a very fresh taste and rib eye steak that is very flavorful and tender. The service is very good as well, fast very accommodating and attentive. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. I will also come back to try some of their menus.

The waiters were a bit loud in their conversation, specially when the guests were almost done with their food. Likewise, we weren’t asked if we want take home the bone. Most restaurants I have been to, whether here or abroad, would ask, even if they don’t know if I have a dog or not. I didn’t see them clearing the table as we were settling the bill. When I asked if I could take home the bone, I was immediately told i can’t even if it was even 15 mins that they cleared the table. I find that kinda unusual.

Celebrated my birthday here and the steak was really good. But there was no complimentary bread given and even a slice of cake for the birthday which I saw they're giving out to other customers celebrating their birthday/anniversary there

Overall the experience was great, however coming from amazing food and amazing service then using a very dirty restroom (CR for my Filipinos) is not a good experience. Water was all over the place. No hand towels to dry your hands after washing was just not acceptable for such a high end restaurant.

Love everything we ordered. Their porterhouse is really worth a try. We were a little bit disappointed at first because we were seated in a corner where the view wasn’t appealing. But the manager sincerely apologized and offered to give us free cocktails. We didn’t avail though since we ordered wine and his apology is enough. Also they transfered us to a much better table. Overall, our dining experience is great!
