These projects showcase Garcelle’s perseverance, as well as her versatility.

Garcelle Beauvais brings her focus on dedication, resilience, and grace into each project she works on.

THE POWER OF INFLUENCE

GB: “My platform is for three things: Show people I’m still cute lol… highlight what’s important to me—charities, social justice and injustice, and inspirations and supporting people I love.”

SOUND ADVICE
GB: “Don’t take it personally! As an actor, there would be jobs that I didn’t get! The creators have a vision, and it may be someone else. What’s yours is yours.

“I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO, and I live by that.”

IN REFLECTION
GB: “I would say to my 15-year-old self…don’t be so scared of change and life. Life changes, and most of the time, it’s for the better, and wait until you see how strong you are and what you accomplish as a woman, mom, and a visionary.”

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
GB: “I’m excited about two new series that I have coming out this year—Survival of the Thickest, which is a Netflix comedy, and The Other Black Girl, which is a Hulu drama based on the best-selling book!”
