Peter Richardson Obituary
November 30th 1964 - September 28th 2023
With broken hearts the family of Peter Richardson are saddened to announce his passing
at his home in Eastern Passage, NS in the arms of his loving wife Dale Richardson, and
his loyal Brandy girl by his side.
Peter was a loving, caring son, grandson, brother, uncle, father, husband, grandfather and
friend to many. He was always devoted to the ones he loved.
Peter's whole life was spent in and around Dartmouth, N.S. he especially loved the
Westphal area where he spent his youth.
Peter's work life was varied - Reserves, Secunda, Office Interiors, but his real passion
was driving courier, delivery and his latest had been driving sold vehicles to the new
owners all over the Maritime provinces. Peter loved this career and all the adventures
that came along with it.
Peter is survived by his wife and soul mate Vera Dale Richardson, his 6 children Sarah
Richardson, Amy Filek (Pat), Ryan Richardson (Alorah), Steven Cruickshank
(Rachelle), Justin Cruickshank (Katherine), Brandon Cruickshank, his parents Bill
Richardson and Marlene Hatt; his siblings Stephen Richardson (Darlene), Linda
Richardson (Ted), Chris Hatt (Crystal) along with several nieces and nephews, and 11
grandchildren who all held a special place in his heart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to East Coast Cannabis Solutions or your local
food bank.
